Returns Policy
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you may return it.

Refund Timeline
- Prepaid orders: Refunds will reflect in your original payment method within 6-7 working days after approval.
- COD orders: Refunds are processed as store credit or bank transfers.
Exclusions
- Return requests made after the 2-day delivery date.
Cancellations Policy
- Before Shipment: Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. Contact our support team to request a cancellation.
- Post Shipment: Orders cannot be canceled once they are shipped. You can initiate a return after delivery under our returns policy.
Exchanges Policy
We offer free exchanges for damaged or defective products.
Exchange Requests
- Must be raised within 2 days of delivery by contacting customer support.
- Provide order details and proof of issue (images).
Process
- Replacement products will be shipped after the original product is picked up and inspected.
- Exclusions: Products cannot be exchanged for a different size, variant, or product type unless damaged or defective.
